FACTS OF THE WEEK
If a statue of a person in a park on a horse has
both front legs in the air, the person died in
battle. If the horse has one front leg in the air,
the person died as a result of wounds received
in battle. If the horse has all four legs on the
ground, the person died of natural causes.

This week we enjoyed hosting our first French group since the pandemic! It was fantastic to see
students back at Mayflower College ~ they also enjoyed being out and about in Plymouth, visited the
National Marine Aquarium and Greenway House and Gardens (the home of Agatha Christie) in
Torquay.
And now, some light-hearted stories we have found for you in the British media this week.
